Worst service ever. They contacted me about a recall. I scheduled the appt. for the following week. They told me it would take about an hour to replace the recalled lig They contacted me about a recall. I scheduled the appt. for the following week. They told me it would take about an hour to replace the recalled light switch. I took off from work, drove 40 min 1 way, checked in, sat there 20 min. to find out that they did not have the switch in stock. I was told they had to order it and that they would contact me when it arrived. The service agent wasn't even apologetic. A good company would look at the up coming work load and verify they have the parts to complete the work for that job. They failed to do this and I wasted 1/2 of the day for xxxxxxxx and simply just took advantage of. This is xxxxing inexcusable in my book. It cost me gas and time away from work. I am a busy guy. I complained and asked for a tank of gas or a lunch voucher for my inconvenience and they refused. So they xxxxed up again as this is not the first bad experience that I have had with them. I will never buy another Kia. It's been nothing but headaches from day 1. They could have contacted me ahead of time to reschedule if they had done their due diligence but they FAILED!!!! More
