Charge of $25. For what I asked and was told oh rags and partial bottles for oil change. Sales tax was another. When I ask repeated $320 for everything I expect it to mean everything. More
Service Department is deplorable I brought my car in far a minor screw replacement that was covered under warranty. After waiting for 2 hours, I was told the part neededvto be ordered. I called when I didnt hear back a week later and was told the part just arrived. I sat for another 2 hours to be told the wrong part had been ordered! After almost a month, I called again after not hearing from service and was told the screw was being painted at the body shop! I never knew a plastic screw needed to be painted. I arrived to find that they had ordered a completely unneeded part and the plastic screw had been in stock in the parts departments all along. I left my carvto be gassed and detailed after all of the trouble and arrived to pick it up and my vehicle was not even there! I have never experienced such terrible service. There is no communication and every person wants to point the blame finger at someone else! Horrible doesn't even describe my experience. I will never go there again! More
Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism I ordered a part for my truck a week in advance, and showed up for my early appointment just to find out they didn't have the part my car needed. I had to reschedule my appointment for the next week. Another instance I ordered and paid for a part and the installation on their website. I showed up and was told the prices were incorrect and were actually higher. The third and final time I went to the dealer they found 2 oil leaks on the rear axle and on the transmission. They told me they didn't have the necessary parts in stock. They said they would order it. Two weeks went by, and I called back. They assured me they would call back the following week. A month has now gone by, and I still have not received a call. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. They truly have the worst customer service I have encountered. Their managers, service department, and receptionists do not know how to follow through or be professional. More

First I would like to say that Nate "the Great" Ford was truly just that.!! Having been a true Chevrolet man in the past, I have now bought two new Fords and this most recent purchase of a Used R Ford was truly just that.!! Having been a true Chevrolet man in the past, I have now bought two new Fords and this most recent purchase of a Used Ranger for my son could not have been better. Nate Ford was most definitely the reason for my latest buy. In my OPINION he went ABOVE and BEYOND what is normally expected of a sales consultant and I WILL be back...WhooRahhh! More

I bought a new 2008 Ford Ranger 4x4 in november of 2007. I bought a new 2008 Ford Ranger 4x4 in november of 2007. i have had multiple problems with it. so many, it would take pages to explain. But, the maj I bought a new 2008 Ford Ranger 4x4 in november of 2007. i have had multiple problems with it. so many, it would take pages to explain. But, the major ones being; 2 blowouts in less than 15000 miles, and the bed liner flew out of the truck at 21000 miles. The loose bedliner flapped in the wind enough, that it scratched the bed rail of my truck, horribly. Ganley ford and the ford motor company have both denied any fault in the matter, and furthermore, has accused me of removeing the bed liner for a new paint job. They have had the truck fo 2 weeks. nothing done. I have contacted the general manager 3 times. no return call. every information i have obtained has been through me calling them. they have not called once until they decided they would not fix it. they told me i could buy some paint and fix it myself. this truck is still under a 36000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. they are very unprofessional, and i am tired of it. consumer protection is handling the caes now. I sincerely hope anyone who reads this will take heed to what i'm saying. More
