Another great experience at Ganley Ford West. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service they provided me again, on my 2017 Focus ST. I thought I had a major issue and was looking at huge repair b be more pleased with the level of service they provided me again, on my 2017 Focus ST. I thought I had a major issue and was looking at huge repair bills. Dave in Service got me in before he really had an open slot... I think he could tell how anxious I was about the whole ordeal. In any event, thankfully the issue was relatively minor and they got me back on the road, at minimal cost and even took care of a recall I had, (free of charge of course on that recall). All told, I really could not be happier with the service received at Ganley and it's why I keep bringing my vehicles and business back to them. Thank you all! More

David at the service desk saved my vacation. Nothing worse than car troubles 400 miles from home. They brought my truck in to diagnose it and they gave me a ride to the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame.
