I had an appointment for a seat latch I believe was the part. The appointment was made with Ashley who called me when the part came in. I arrived at the dealership the day of my appointment, when I got t part. The appointment was made with Ashley who called me when the part came in. I arrived at the dealership the day of my appointment, when I got there I said I was here for my appointment. I don’t know the name of who helped me, but he had no idea why I was there and asked me for the paper work from the last time I was there but I couldn’t find it. He kept saying that “Ashley was the one who made the appointment “. I still just can’t understand if someone was off on a day that it wouldn’t be in the computer that a customer was coming in. I also didn’t receive the paperwork for what was done that day, I think he told me he would mail it to my house. This is my second not good experience with this service department. The first was with the same person. That time I had an oil leak and I checked in with the same person who had me waiting in the waiting room for well over an hour. I finally got up to find out how much longer and he says “oh this is at least a three day job”. So my frustration there was why have me sitting in the waiting room if this particular job was going to take that long?! My lease is up July 2022. I probably will not lease another car with this dealership because of these experiences. More
