My last appointment was a total xxxx show. Came in for “the works”oil change with an appointment. An hour and a half later I went to check on my car, lots of looking at each other then at the computer, th “the works”oil change with an appointment. An hour and a half later I went to check on my car, lots of looking at each other then at the computer, then 3 people went off to find my car. Came back to tell me it was in the middle of a coolant flush?!?! Not what I came in for. Said it would be just 20 more mins and flush would be free. 45 mins later they came to get me. I paid for oil change and then - Again- they could not find my car. Mgr gave me his card for free oil change next time. Everyone Very apologetic. Every other time here it has been good. I guess just a bad day :( More

Brought my 14 Ford Escape in for repair on the driver's side rear door latch. (Was an existing recall). They not only repaired the broken one but all of the door latches...when I picked my car up later i side rear door latch. (Was an existing recall). They not only repaired the broken one but all of the door latches...when I picked my car up later in the day it was washed and the dashboard had been wiped down as well. Very pleased with the service. More
