I called on a Thursday was able to get an appointment for the following Monday at 10am. I arrived early at 8am was told I didn't have my appointment in the system, then was told its wasn't a problem a p for the following Monday at 10am. Spent $400 for a battery!!! I took my car in for a problem with the start stop feature. I asked if it could be the battery I was told no. The ran tests charged me $170 to tell me they could not find a problem with the start stop feature. I asked if it could be the battery I was told no. The ran tests charged me $170 to tell me they could not find anything wrong. Took my car home. A little over a week later same problem plus the RPMs were running high. Took it back was told after a couple days that they were able to duplicate the problem now they have to figure out why it is happening. They called to tell us that the battery was not fully charged and we needed to replace it in order to find out what’s wrong. Replaced the battery received a message stating they were still trying to figure it out ( been a week now) I called back to ask for more information I need my car back at this point. 4 days later (over the weekend) we get a call that the car is ready again found nothing wrong so they attributed the problem to the battery. I asked why they didn’t know it was the battery a couple weeks earlier when I first brought it in I was given a basic blow off answer and than why didn’t they know it was the battery when I first brought it back. Again no good answer. So I was without my car for almost 3 weeks total and spent over $400 for a battery!! Very frustrating More
