Took my car in to have a tire repaired from a nail. I expected to wait a long time sInce i had no appointment. I was assured they would do the best they could to get me out the door as soon as possible, expected to wait a long time sInce i had no appointment. I was assured they would do the best they could to get me out the door as soon as possible, but there was no guarantee. I anticipated a long wait knowing that they would have to fit my vehicle in somehow. To my great surprise, the service rep came to me a mere hour later and said the vehicle was ready to go! Although my previous experience here wasn’t the best it has been great this time around. Communication was an issue previously and since we spoke about it the issues have been resolved. Service has done a good job of keeping my updated and working with me to keep my fleet useable through the service.
