Incredible regular service, makes up for 1 /only "bad" time After having 1 initial not so great service experience, Ganley has really shown their true colors as actually caring for their customers. I had a "hop After having 1 initial not so great service experience, Ganley has really shown their true colors as actually caring for their customers. I had a "hopefully" fluke incident w/my Certified used car that was hard to replicate for them (my Charger decided to shut down completely & at random while driving on the freeway), but eventually the PCM was found to be at fault & quickly replaced. I recently had a factory recall plus an issue that was thankfully covered by the extended warranty I bought & had a great experience from start to finish! Although they didn't have the particular part on hand to fix the warranty issue, they got it in first thing the next morning (after a late afternoon appointment). I opted not to get a loaner this time and they very politely provided me with a ride home (the guy that drove me had me laughing and happy the whole ride home)! While I thought I would not ever deal with them again after some likely misplaced frustration stemming from my original issue, I can confidently say that I will likely purchase my next car from them. I appreciate the "no pressure" type approach to upsell unnecessary services when going in for service and their overall friendly attitude. As an admittedly particularly picky consumer, I'm glad to have landed at their door, as they've more than earned my trust and continued business. 10/10 would recommend!! * I can't remember the guy's name that helped me, but he was great. Jeep in for a week and still no timetable when it will done I have had my jeep grand Cherokee for three months. A month into my lease my radio was not working properly and holding pre-station channels. I calle I have had my jeep grand Cherokee for three months. A month into my lease my radio was not working properly and holding pre-station channels. I called the service department and made a schedule and scheduled an appointment for 9 AM. After dropping off my vehicle I heard nothing and called at 1 PM, they had just pulled it in at 4 PM I had heard nothing again so I stopped up to see what was going on. They said they had no fix for it so I told him I want to take my car. A month later my Jeeps screen is going black and no controls are available. I called to make an appointment and the first vehicle for rental iavailable Is 2.5 weeks out. I take the appointment and unfortunately the problem gets worse. I stop in a week before my appointment and say what am I supposed to do when I have no controls on the screen I am told it is not life-threatening I said well I would like to you to take it in early and he’s tells me well I can screw somebody else and give you a car. A week later I get a call from the service department reminding me of my original appointment. I said that’s funny because you had my car for a week she then says let me check and transferred me to the service manager. I ask what is going on he said I had a tech look at it however he’s been busy with an engine. No estimate of when this will be resolved. I have now had their rental Dodge Caravan for a week while I pay for my lease with No time frame of when my car will be completed. So far the service department has done nothing. I would not recommend them to anyone. Only word to describe is HORRIBLE. After writing the review and calling the dealership, the service manager was in contact immediately and kept me update daily and quickly took care of the problem and was apologetic. While overall, is wasn't the greatest experience, Bill Cannato did his best to take care of it once it was brought to his attention. Updated overall rating to a 3. More
Worst service experience ever!! I called 2 weeks ago about a chirping noise on my wife's 2016 Jeep. To me it sounded like an idler pulley, I talked to a service adviser and asked him to "LOOK AND LISTEN" to confirm that was it. My wife took it in for the appointment because I was busy that day. (2/2/19) The first thing that was done was a $100.00 diagnostic that was not asked for nor needed. THE FRICKIN' NOISE GAVE IT AWAY!! Ended up that the power steering pump was dripping and getting on the belt causing the noise. Once again, didn't need diagnostic to see this. Was told that the oil pan gasket was leaking...NOT. Fluid from leak was oozing onto pan. Sprayed pan with brake cleaner and has been dry since. The pump and belt was quoted out at $362.00 P&L. Took the Jeep to another service garage that I deal with and was quoted $107 parts and $80.00 labor. I was standing next to the Jeep as it was being raised on the lift. The plastic shield under the engine was basically dangling there. The 3 screws in the front and the 3 screws in the back were never put back in. The only thing holding it were the push in clips on the upper sides. REALLY?? My wife left Ganley basically with an overpriced car wash that day. I am sure that had I been the one taking the vehicle in that day, the diagnostic would not have been done. But what does a woman know, right? I gotta tell you Justin, Very disappointed with what that dealership has become. Been going there since 1998 for MANY vehicle purchases and service. Village Dodge had a very homelike atmosphere, and you were treated like a person, not a dollar sign. Nothing against you, but Ganley ruined that. More

Pathetic Service Department I have had nothing but issues getting service done to my truck. After purchasing a $50,000 truck, I would expect some level of urgency to get my issue I have had nothing but issues getting service done to my truck. After purchasing a $50,000 truck, I would expect some level of urgency to get my issue taken care of. Not only does it take 3 weeks to get your vehicle in, they rarely have loaner cars available. They do not go out of their way to be a convenience to you at all (except Bill Whipple, he at least tried to help). One of the service techs, Jeff, even refused to listen to a 10 second video on my phone I took so that someone can hear the noise coming from my truck (and totally disrespected Bill W). He was "off the clock" so helping a customer for 30 seconds is apparently out of the question. When my truck was in for service, I called at least 5 times to get an update. Each time I was asked to leave my name and number and I'd receive a call back. That never happened. Every time I'm in there, no one even acknowledges that I'm there. I have to go out of MY way to find someone to talk to me. I specifically called and asked to talk to the Service Department Manager, and I was not once connected. This has been a very eye opening experience for me. Ganley lost a loyal Ram customer this week due to their service department More
Rude & Condescending I explained to Mr. Whipple that I had recently had my vehicle serviced there & that it had not been repaired properly, as this was my second time retu I explained to Mr. Whipple that I had recently had my vehicle serviced there & that it had not been repaired properly, as this was my second time returning to the facility for the same issue. Bill's response was unprofessional & argumentative, and he seemed only to be concerned about how much they were going to charge me to reexamine my vehicle, correctly fix the problem, etc. Needless to say, I did not have them reexamine my vehicle & I absolutely would not recommend this dealership. I will find another facility that does not employ people like Bill Whipple. More
