They are pleasant, non aggressive and are interested in having you leave feeling good about having been there. For me they took service to a new level in covering an out of warranty repair problem for a Cherokee I hadn't even bought from them and where other dealerships wouldn't help. Even a rental was provided while repairs were being done. I drove an hour + away for this experience and was definitely worth the drive! Congrats to the GM for creating a culture of happy, satisfied employees and customers! Thanks, Doug S. More

I was politely asked by Mike Brown if an appraisal could be done of my current car as they were looking for more used cars for their lot. Then, I was actually handed a check from the dealership to purchase it from me. I continued chatting with Mike who was extremely knowledgeable, about a car I was interested in. Mike took his time and gave me good information with no added sales pressure and most importantly, showed me fair pricing options. The entire positive experience at Ganley Village dealership resulted in moving forward with my lease. I love my new Jeep Cherokee Limited! More

Service department unreliable, My 2015 Chrysler even more so I have a one year old 2015 Chrysler 200 that has died on the side of the road twice now in the last month and a half. Transmission stopped responding I have a one year old 2015 Chrysler 200 that has died on the side of the road twice now in the last month and a half. Transmission stopped responding, stranded on the side of the road type of situation. That's just the start though. The first time this happened was while trying to leave my neighborhood for work at approximately 7:45 AM, I called the dealer where I bought it, Ganley (I'll write a separate not-quite as bad, but still not good review on the purchase). The dealer recommended having it towed in, even though I only live 1.5 miles away and could fight the car to drive by putting it in park, shutting it off, starting it up and putting back in drive. Doing this 5 or 6 times I was able to limp the car back to my driveway. So, I called roadside, and sat at my house, missing work, for a little over 2 hours. They towed it, and then that was it. Never got a phone call or anything to let me know that my car had in fact arrived. I called the dealership at approximately 11am I called to make sure they had it. I was promised a call back in about 30 minutes. So...typical dealer time...at 1:30pm, I called back since I hadn't heard anything. They said "we haven't looked at it yet." but at least they confirmed that they had it. At 5:30 that evening I called AGAIN to check the status. They STILL hadn't looked at it. At this point I asked for a loaner since I needed to get to work the next day, having already missed a day for this 1 year old car. They needed to "check" and called me back 45 minutes later and said they didn't have a loaner. I explained that I needed to get to work, since my brand new $35,000 car with less than 10,000 miles was proving to be very unreliable...they worked something out with the manager and got me a loaner for the next day. So, the next day, I walked the mile and a half and picked up the loaner and was able to work....at least they figured that part out. 2 days later, I get a phone call that the car is done. Service says they "tightened pins 14,15,16,17 and flashed PCM". Great. Good. Finally fixed. Fast forward a month and half and 1,100 miles later...and car dies on a busy road at a busy time (6:45pm). Dead. In the middle of the road. And this time, I couldn't even limp it along. I sat creating a traffic jam for about 5 minutes constantly trying before the transmission finally engaged. I was able to get it home, where it sat until 10PM waiting for a tow truck. The next morning, first thing, I called to make sure I could get a loaner. I'm not missing more work for a 2015 car. This time they agree without needing to fight and away I go to work. 6 hours later they are "done". When I pick up the car, they explain what they did "tighten pin 5 and flashed the PCM" sounds awfully xxxx familiar, doesn't it? I express my distrust of the fix, but they assure me this is definitely fixed now. I'm sure I'll be seeing them again in a month. I'm just SO happy that this is a 2 year lease and I only have 10 months left. Maybe I can make there before I die in a terrible car accident because this piece of garbage can't be fixed. More
Service visit on Aug. 7 As always, the guys were very helpful and listened to the problems I was having with the vehicle. The only complaint I have is not with the dealer its As always, the guys were very helpful and listened to the problems I was having with the vehicle. The only complaint I have is not with the dealer itself, but rather with the fact that I have had to come in so many times for issues with the van. I am beginning to question the quality of chrysler's products. More
