Once, another dealership never bothered to research my car's records while scheduling a recall appointment thus prompting me to make unnecessary plans and trip to the dealership. Upon arrival, Adam and Todd ushered me into the waiting area with outstanding attention and grace throughout. While there, I met Ken. He was likewise attentive. During my one hour wait, I observed incredibly engaged employees coming and going. A number stopped to say hello. I truly thought I was at the Ritz Carlton. While another dealer is much closer to my home, I will be traveling the extra 20 miles to Ganley Village Dodge for my future needs. More
