As a customer of this dealership for over 15 years, I am always impressed by the professional staff and incredible service. I searched the website in preparation for this purchase and appreciated the photos and details provided for each vehicle in the inventory. Eric assisted patiently and professionally via text message during our weeks of decision-making and questions. We love the new van and appreciate the deal that perfectly suited our needs. This sort of experience keeps me loyal and uninterested in buying from other dealerships! Eric was awesome. Thank you so much! More

Ganley Village went above and beyond to get us in our SUV There were many hurdles we knew we would have due to our current vehicle. We went to Ganley Village to look for a used vehicle we had seen on the webs There were many hurdles we knew we would have due to our current vehicle. We went to Ganley Village to look for a used vehicle we had seen on the website and both the salesman and the finance department worked on our sale for the entire day to get us the payment as well as the SUV we wanted. Everyone was helpful and we walked out at the end of the day exactly as we had hoped, with a new SUV!!! More
Great Sales Dept., poor Service Dept.!! Our salesperson, Eric Thompson was very friendly and helpful. Everyone is the sales dept. was nice and made you feel appreciated. Not so much when w Our salesperson, Eric Thompson was very friendly and helpful. Everyone is the sales dept. was nice and made you feel appreciated. Not so much when we recently went to their Service Dept. Not one person will look up and acknowledge you when you are standing there waiting. No one greets you or even thanks you when you leave. A girl in the back came walking through to get papers off the printer yawning with extremely short shorts on (really unprofessional). Our salesperson came in to greet me and tried to get an answer as to where our car was, and then he finally located it outside running, no one told us it was ready or they were even bringing it around. The guy who handles the detailing acts like he doesn't want to be there and could care less that you are there. Overheard the other employee ask a customer why he was there, the customer replied for a free oil change and his response was "what makes you think you get a free oil change", really!!?? Customer said his salesperson gave it to him. No apology for being rude. This Service Dept. needs a reality check and a lesson in customer service!!! More

Service department unreliable, My 2015 Chrysler even more so I have a one year old 2015 Chrysler 200 that has died on the side of the road twice now in the last month and a half. Transmission stopped responding I have a one year old 2015 Chrysler 200 that has died on the side of the road twice now in the last month and a half. Transmission stopped responding, stranded on the side of the road type of situation. That's just the start though. The first time this happened was while trying to leave my neighborhood for work at approximately 7:45 AM, I called the dealer where I bought it, Ganley (I'll write a separate not-quite as bad, but still not good review on the purchase). The dealer recommended having it towed in, even though I only live 1.5 miles away and could fight the car to drive by putting it in park, shutting it off, starting it up and putting back in drive. Doing this 5 or 6 times I was able to limp the car back to my driveway. So, I called roadside, and sat at my house, missing work, for a little over 2 hours. They towed it, and then that was it. Never got a phone call or anything to let me know that my car had in fact arrived. I called the dealership at approximately 11am I called to make sure they had it. I was promised a call back in about 30 minutes. So...typical dealer time...at 1:30pm, I called back since I hadn't heard anything. They said "we haven't looked at it yet." but at least they confirmed that they had it. At 5:30 that evening I called AGAIN to check the status. They STILL hadn't looked at it. At this point I asked for a loaner since I needed to get to work the next day, having already missed a day for this 1 year old car. They needed to "check" and called me back 45 minutes later and said they didn't have a loaner. I explained that I needed to get to work, since my brand new $35,000 car with less than 10,000 miles was proving to be very unreliable...they worked something out with the manager and got me a loaner for the next day. So, the next day, I walked the mile and a half and picked up the loaner and was able to work....at least they figured that part out. 2 days later, I get a phone call that the car is done. Service says they "tightened pins 14,15,16,17 and flashed PCM". Great. Good. Finally fixed. Fast forward a month and half and 1,100 miles later...and car dies on a busy road at a busy time (6:45pm). Dead. In the middle of the road. And this time, I couldn't even limp it along. I sat creating a traffic jam for about 5 minutes constantly trying before the transmission finally engaged. I was able to get it home, where it sat until 10PM waiting for a tow truck. The next morning, first thing, I called to make sure I could get a loaner. I'm not missing more work for a 2015 car. This time they agree without needing to fight and away I go to work. 6 hours later they are "done". When I pick up the car, they explain what they did "tighten pin 5 and flashed the PCM" sounds awfully xxxx familiar, doesn't it? I express my distrust of the fix, but they assure me this is definitely fixed now. I'm sure I'll be seeing them again in a month. I'm just SO happy that this is a 2 year lease and I only have 10 months left. Maybe I can make there before I die in a terrible car accident because this piece of garbage can't be fixed. More
