Love it! My boyfriend and his family have been buying cars from here for years! I love how nice they are and cooperative! Lemon car and unaccountable management Bought a brand new 2015 jeep Cherokee which had many servere issues such as transmission needing replace 6 months after pulling it off the lot (which Bought a brand new 2015 jeep Cherokee which had many servere issues such as transmission needing replace 6 months after pulling it off the lot (which after it still didn't run right) and computer glitches. Service center was mostly rude except for one gentlemen and we had to beg to really get it fixed and not passed off as "it's fine". Management (the owner) refused to be held accountable and even laughed when I brought up possibly pursuing the lemon law because "we can't document everything and he already knows it doesn't qualify for it". Is that really someone you want to be giving your money to? Oh ya he did offer us an older Dodge Durango that made our payment over 100 more, a thousand more dollars down, and 2 year longer loan.. Isn't that so nice of him?! Pure greed at its finest! I will forever warn everyone about this dealership so no one ever has to deal with what we did and most importantly jeopardize thier safety and passenger safety by getting an unreliable car. I will say the salemen Eric and Matt are wonderful people! Hopefully they take their talents elsewhere so they can reach there full potential with supportive management and service center. More

They'll get you in the car you want. I walked into Ganley wanting to test drive a Jeep with all the options I wanted. Henry was a fantastic sales person and very friendly. After a quick t I walked into Ganley wanting to test drive a Jeep with all the options I wanted. Henry was a fantastic sales person and very friendly. After a quick test drive and a quick chat we moved onto financing. That's were things went a bit sour. While they are quite knowledgeable and fairly efficient, I personally had almost nothing to do with the entire process. I sat in a chair and waited for around a half hour while finances were worked on then was brought out the papers. While I did end up with the vehicle I wanted, I would have greatly preferred a bit more input into the process. Regardless, I got a Jeep that I love, and that in itself is fantastic. More

Saved the day! I drove almost 3 hours to Ganley for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. After arriving I found out my trade in vehicle was worth much less than I expec I drove almost 3 hours to Ganley for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. After arriving I found out my trade in vehicle was worth much less than I expected, due to an accident with the previous owner that wasn't reported to CarFax until after I purchased it. Eric and the whole team at Ganley did everything they could to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted with affordable payments and peace of mind. Eric did all the leg work for me over the phone so the whole process would go faster once I got there, and was very accommodating and friendly. Overall everyone went above and beyond to make sure I didn't leave unhappy. Very very pleased! More
