While at the dealership to hand over the vehicle, with the title signed, the sales manager has deceided he no longer wants the car. His reason, there was some minor body damage that needed to be fixed.The vehicle was available for inspection and was looked over He didn't know how much it would cost for sure, but I did. Before I entered into this transaction I had the dealer body shop give me an idea of cost repair. Here's the gripe, you the dealership ,came out not being as big a winner as you would like, so you can just back out or as I was finally told take a $1000 less or no deal after I offered to take $500 less. The sales manager did nothing today but taint the name and reputation of Ganley. By the way what he didn't know was we don't have to sell the car, no pressure to sell. You lost out on a pristine vehicle and a draw for more customers. Be assured I will tell anyone I know Including my customers to not patronize the auto group, specifically Aurora. More

Jon was very helpful in purchasing my new 2014 Jeep. He spent a lot of time with my mother and I figuring out payments and helping to find the jeep that had all the options I was looking for. Car is junk... They screwed up title work didn't send to pa DMV like asked and wouldn't extend temp tag .and it's a few months later and I can't drive it. First day had it it broke down ...I knew it needed fixed and they said it was fine and almost wrecked it. And it was overheating bad they said it was fine and fan was bad and blew head gasket and lifters are bad... They didn't fix it even though it was covered for 30 days and I asked to get my truck back I traded in and they lied to me and said it was sold.. By law u have 15 days... This is by far the worst place to buy a car... They are crooks... Beware.. Read this or ask any one in the area befor you buy here... More
I have purchased several cars from Dan Katz over the years, and I did expect to do so again. Well, Dan saw no reason for either of us to have to wait for good things to happen. First, of course, he listened and identified a few vehicles that fit my needs and we found one that I really liked. Then, he teamed with Dan Flack and found a way to bridge the deal. I drove home the same day after transferring all my junk from the dirty old car to the clean new one. It's the real pro who makes it all look easy. More

Over the years I've had some disappointing experiences buying/leasing cars. Going into today I was probably a bit pessimistic in dealing with a dealership I have never done business with befor experiences buying/leasing cars. Going into today I was probably a bit pessimistic in dealing with a dealership I have never done business with before, that being Ganley of Aurora. I can honestly say I had the best experience I've ever had leasing a car today, in this case a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Dealing with Chris Grabowski and Jay Rzyczycki was an absolute pleasure, and I am going to recommend them and this dealership to everyone I know. I believe in honesty and integrity, I felt like that is what I received during the entire process. In a matter of an hour or two I was in the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. What else could you ask for? If you are in the market for a vehicle, please take my word for it, go see these guys. If the car you are looking for is not on the lot, they will find it for you. I can't ever remember a time leaving a car dealership that happy.
