We recently purchased our 6th car from John Bralek. He is very personable, professional and understands wants and needs that we have for a vehicle. I went to Ganley Jeep even though I already had found a car of a different Make that I was planning on getting from a different Ganley dealership. I am so glad I made the trip in. I met Chris and he help car of a different Make that I was planning on getting from a different Ganley dealership. I am so glad I made the trip in. I met Chris and he helped me find the PERFECT car for me and my family. He asked a lot of questions to identify just exactly what my needs were. He also didn't try to oversell me on a car that was more than what I needed. I left the dealership in a brand new Cherokee and I love it. The price was great. I really gave Chris a run for his money and he did a great job of addressing all of my concerns. More

I bought a used car from ANOTHER DEALERSHIP for my daughter. Just after purchasing it, a major mechanical event occurred and it was towed to Ganley Jeep in Aurora. Holly Ferrara, in service, worked daughter. Just after purchasing it, a major mechanical event occurred and it was towed to Ganley Jeep in Aurora. Holly Ferrara, in service, worked with us tirelessly to assist in the repairs. Holly worked side by side with my 16 year old to make sure my child understood the value of what we were doing and why. It was amazing to watch and certainly nothing I would have ever expected out of a car dealership. In the end, Holly talked to my family about the cost of the repairs so far in excess of the worth of the car she recommended not proceeding ! She assisted us by contacting Don Hull who then put my daughter into a reliable, affordable Jeep that I can feel good about her driving. I have bought a number of cars in my life and had service on all of them and this dealership so exceeds any of my prior lifetime experiences that I look forward to the next service and car that I am sure I will buy from them in the future. You have to try this dealership if you are thinking of getting a new car - they are over the top professionals. Kudos to them all. More

Dan was very easy going. His patience with all my requests made it a great experience. We were able to test drive the jeep extensively. The only thing he would not let me try was a little trail a requests made it a great experience. We were able to test drive the jeep extensively. The only thing he would not let me try was a little trail and mud. This is understandable, so I did that after I bought my liberty. It works great! Josh was very helpful when signing the paperwork. Josh was able to get the paperwork done in a timely manner. The entire experience was non pressured and fun. Thank you both. More
