Stopped in to our local Jeep dealership to test drive a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. During the process of purchasing my new SUV, I dealt with 3 different individuals and was impressed with all 3. First I met with Kelsey, who helped answer all my questions and showed me several different color combinations so I could get a good feel for what was offered. Took a test drive with her and she answered all my questions and did a good job explaining all the features this new SUV has to offer and there are a lot of nice ones that’s for sure, even on the base model. When I decided to pursue the Grand Cherokee Laredo E, I met with Chris to get the deal secured. Chris was easy to work with and did a great job in meeting my request of a purchase price and trade in value. Once the deal was finalized, BJ the General Manager personally did a great job in locating the exact model I wanted, coordinated a dealer trade and delivered it in a timely manner. I went to Ganley Dodge in Aurora with my son for his first car purchase after graduating from college. We had communicated with another salesperson via email; however, that person was busy with another first car purchase after graduating from college. Chris pretty quickly recognized that, while I was there, my son was the actual customer. He conducted the conversations with my son (not me) and explained things to him as we moved through the process. He was patient and willing to explain everything to him. Chris was also more than willing to step away from his desk to allow my son and I time to debate the various topics. The price that the dealership asked for the 2014 Dart was very fair. In addition, we had a clean trade, but it was older with high mileage. I feared that they would just make us a token offer because they did not want to bother with an older trade. To my surprise, they made my son a reasonable offer for the car and we were able to strike a deal. Finally, the F&I guys were also good to deal with and were willing to explain each and every document to my son as we closed the deal. Overall, an excellent experience and we would definitely return the next time someone in the family is looking for a car. More
