My Toyota suv was sent to the Aurora "repair factory" where all service / crash repairs go. Randy Montgomery was helpful even with the new that my car was going to be backlogged because of the C factory" where all service / crash repairs go. What was probably the best part of my service by this department was when ever I called I was able to speak to Randy he was really in the know of what was going on with my vehicle, be it from the insurance side, the parts that were on back order, or when it was finally getting repair where my process was. My car was up there for 5+ weeks no fault to the service dept. just an unfortunate timing of holidays and unavailable parts. I was also very pleased that my car was then delivered down to the Akron Ganley Toyota for regular service to be done before I picked up my vehicle. Randy also helped me get some other questions asked about some add on things I wanted. He also followed up making sure my vehicle was running okay and if I had any concerns about it. My experience with the two Ganley dealerships has always been very friendly, honest and willing to answer any questions spending time with the client. Randy's forthright dealings with my vehicle was greatly appreciated. I understood what was going on and he didn't try to bs anything about the process. I've never owned a Jeep before but I always liked them. I went with my teenage son to the 2014 Detroit Auto Show and we were looking at SUV's for my significant other. The Jeep stood out for value, amenities and comfort over the BMW X5, Audi Q5, Volvo and everything else we looked at. Although we live quite a distance from Ganley Jeep in Aurora, we ventured out there on one of the worst snow days we had this year. My Escalade spun out multiple times. When I drove the Jeep Grand Cherokee under the same conditions, it was night and day.. Way better! The technology on this vehicle is unbelievable, a huge upgrade over a loaded Escalade. I can't say enough about how much safer I feel in this vehicle. As for the dealership, I can't say enough good things about them. I don't do Facebook or twitter but I wanted to at least post something about how good this place is. They bent over backwards helping us, getting the vehicles we wanted, giving us more than fair value on our trade ins, and expediting our purchase. There was no pressure just great service. I would highly recommend this dealer and particularly Chris or BJ. I cannot say enough about how positive the experience was! Of course it helps when I feel tremendous about the vehicle I purchased.
