I appreciated Josh's attitude in dealing with me as I can admittedly be a bit difficult, and he always stayed very positive and willing to go out of his way even when I hadn't returned his calls in several days. What ultimately sealed the deal for me was Josh working with me on his off day, and while I was considering a lightly used vehicle in the same year/make/model, the service Josh displayed made my decision for me. I called the service center and asked to come in asap. Holly said that the earliest time she had was next week because she was slammed today. After she helped me on the phone for a while, I told her I was driving to Columbus the next day. She said, "What are you doing right now? Come on in. I don't want that light on during your trip." She made time for me and was extremely helpful. It turns on the light was just a problem with the fuel sensor, but the fact that she took time to help me even though she was really busy, meant a lot.
