I had been car shopping for about a week and had pretty much decided on a 2017 Toyota Camry, but decided to stop in Baumann's because I wanted to be 100% certain before I made my purchase. I had seen an Elantra on the road and really liked the appearance. After taking it for a test drive, I decided against it. I just didn't find it to be comfortable. Keith suggested I try the Sonata, and as soon as I sat down, I knew I had found my car. He very patiently explained all the features of the vehicle and had me take it for a test drive. He sat with me through the pricing, took me to the finance office, and really did a great job making sure the whole process went smoothly for me. When I went back to pick up my new car, he sat with me and made sure that I understood how to use everything, and assured me that if I had any questions, I could call him.
