Honest, helpful and extremely personable! I actually have leased my car from a different Chevrolet dealership in the area for the past few years and have had a much better experience with Ganl I actually have leased my car from a different Chevrolet dealership in the area for the past few years and have had a much better experience with Ganley of Aurora in just the first time working with them! I recently found that my car was making odd noises that it had made a year prior and when fixed, my dealership told me it was not safe on the roads as there were issues with the driveshaft bearing. When I called my dealership, they told me they couldn't get me in until the next day even when I told them I didn't feel safe driving it. When I called Ganley Chevy in Aurora, they didn't even hesitate and told me to bring it in, that they would take care of it for me. They had a rental car waiting for me and updated me daily on the progress of my car. I felt heard, genuinely cared about and their personable nature left me feeling satisfied. I will be leasing my next car through them without a doubt! More
