No one will reach out. Your attorney advised you to not deal with us. You sold us a lemon. You wrote the wrong mileage on the forms we signed…and then said…ewpsy…we can fix that. My vehicles brake module system gave out when I was at an intersection…literally 1 week of owning the vehicle. Financing didn’t go through until 12 days after we thought we owned it…after a $35,000 deposit! When we had it towed to your place to service it, we told you we weren’t comfortable in keeping the vehicle. The service guy told us that he was going to take a look at it. 11 days later and over 100 miles on my mileage…it was ready for pick up. A warranty on the brake module was given to us…I still felt unsure but we took it home. 3days later, the infotainment module went…along with something under the vehicle. I told them at that point I didn’t feel safe in this vehicle. The can/lin system had a wiring problem that they didn’t care to fix. I took my complaint to Chevy and then to the attorney general. The business lied about my vehicle not having a warrantee, lied about the financing and pretty much made our lives a living xxxx. My first time buying a newer vehicle. I saved my life savings for…my husband has a severe TBI, and we have a special needs son…I needed a vehicle that was going to be reliable and safe…this dealership saw $$ and threatened me.after we brought it in for a third time for the infotainment module, they told me they weren’t going to service it and we needed to take it elsewhere. Your business is disgusting and money hungry. I will never forget how you didn’t help me. All I wanted was a buyback. You sold me a lemon and the contract said we had 7 days to stop the transaction if they had trouble with the financing…of which they did.
