Unsatisfied Customer I purchased a used 2018 Ford Escape with 10k miles in Oct 2018. This vehicle had a clean history report. Two months later while getting my oil changed I purchased a used 2018 Ford Escape with 10k miles in Oct 2018. This vehicle had a clean history report. Two months later while getting my oil changed at my local Ford dealership, I was informed that the vehicle had been in a front end collision with poor repairs. I immediately went back to Kasper and had a meeting with the general sales manager, the service manager as well as the body shop manager. I stressed to them that I purchased a vehicle with no accident history and I was very concerned the the safety of this vehicle may have been compromised due to the front end damage. After they "inspected" the vehicle, I was assured the only repair that had been completed was a new vinyl bumper wrap as the original must have been scratched. I was told there was absolutely no sign of any collision damage and the grill honeycomb was the original and that would have shattered upon the slightest front end collision. They took my car for a week and sent me pictures saying the did a complete inspection which proved no collision damage had ever occurred. In April of 2019 I hit a deer and took the vehicle to a reputable body shop for repairs. I was told (and shown) prior collision damage was quite obvious. The active grill shutter had actually been glued back together, other parts were held in place with rivets and epoxy. The grill was black, which was not even the correct color when matched with the serial number. Bottom line, I was totally lied to and would never purchase another car from this dealership and I would advise others to shop elsewhere. Obviously a sale is more important than customer safety and satisfaction. I feel I was totally ripped off!! More

HORRIBLE!!!! Returning customer and have reached out FOUR separate times this week in an attempt to buy another Yukon and cannot even get a call back from general Returning customer and have reached out FOUR separate times this week in an attempt to buy another Yukon and cannot even get a call back from general manager despite his return texts saying he will “definitely call.” This is exactly the way they treat their customers and I’m a RETURN customer. Have had the same treatment on nearly every interaction. Have had multiple oil changes with incredibly poor customer service. They would return my vehicle to my place of work and park the vehicle in a completely different spot without notifying me. Bought my first Yukon from here and drove away with hardly any understanding of the vehicle. Even spoke to the general manager via text on Monday morning asking for new vehicle options as well as to have the finance guy call me with my final payoff numbers and that evening he replied “I will call you first thing tomorrow AM.” It’s now Friday and I purchase my new vehicle elsewhere and STILL don’t have a return call. This place is HORRIBLE!!! More
