Dear Mr. Bzduch, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our Dealership. Frankly, we were surprised to hear that you were dissatisfied with your purchase experience. We certainly would like to correct any remaining concerns that you may have. As you stated in your review, our Service and Collision departments have repaired and maintained to your satisfaction both the 2009 Pontiac and the 2007 Trailblazer that you traded for the past several years. We believe that our trade offers were very fair given the age, mileage condition of the vehicles. The terms of the our agreement including sale price and trade values were finalized on Thursday and you took delivery of your new vehicle the following day. The process was not rushed in any way. Your criticism regarding the washer hose is fair and should have been noted and repaired on the pre-sale inspection. The windshield chip was noted and the glass was ordered as part of the inspection process that included new tires and rear brakes. Prior to delivery, all parties agreed that your new vehicle would be delivered and the windshield would be installed when it came in after delivery at no-charge. The washer hose was repaired at this time as well. The GM Certification is far more than a 172 point inspection: It includes a base factory warranty extension of 12 months or 12,000 miles and a 1 year or 12,000 mile power train warranty extension. it also has certain maintenance services included. Many of our customer elect to extend the available coverage by purchasing additional time and miles coverage. Our Financial Services Manager would be remiss if he did not provide you with the available options. As with all of our discussions, we strive to present you the best information possible and in a transparent manner so that you can make the best decision for you and your vehicle. You are by no means required to purchase additional coverage which you elected to decline. I again apologize for not achieving your complete satisfaction and would welcome the opportunity to correct any outstanding concerns. Respectfully, Ken Barrett
