Kempthorn replied to my Internet inquiry quickly, with a very competitive price - $800 below the lowest other quote I received. No BS sales practices, gimmicks or other nonsense. Their offer was not tied to any trade-in or financing offer. In fact, they beat my pre-arranged financing through VW Credit. The only extra sales pitch was for VW's own extended warranty packages, but it wasn't a pushy pitch or anything like that. In fact, it might be a great option for some people. I even got a full tank of (expensive diesel) fuel, a VW TDI hat and two VW key rings. I never got these little extras with my three previous VW's from other dealers. Dave More

Took my Jetta in for service under VW's carefree maintnance plan. I called Kempthorn after the dealershio in Akron made promises they couldn't keep. They where able to fit me in same day.
