Bad costumer service It has never taken this long for me to purchase a vehicle I paid in cash showed up at 2:30 was there untill 5:30 when my salesman , Tom lied and said It has never taken this long for me to purchase a vehicle I paid in cash showed up at 2:30 was there untill 5:30 when my salesman , Tom lied and said I would be out by 4:15 for sure . He kept leaving the room and taking forever to come back it was ridiculous I've purchased cars before and no reason for it to ever take that long . Then he offered to move my stuff in my new car for me at the end of the trip I asked if stroller was in the trunk he said yeah it was it actually wasn't now I have to go back today and pick it up. Also my drivers license was not returned to me so on top of buying the car I have to buy a new drivers license! I will not be returning or reccomend this place the first thing he tried to show me was a Ford escape, junk. Plus the fellow employees are also very rude and inconsiderate. There are better places. More
