Cindy did a great job of describing what could be wrong with my truck on the phone and then lined me up with a van to drive while my truck was being worked on. I do prefer to have my oil changed by dealer so I am willing to pay extra, but I think they should do a little extra like wash car and/or clean windshield. This a a great dealership to get work done at. I can go in and explain a problem to them, and they schedule you according to a time that wioll work for you. In calling Kemna in Fort Dodge and asking for service, I spoke with Cyndy Hood who listened attentively to the problem with my vehicle. While I was there, I spoke to the mechanic that I always request, Dave Zimmerman who has worked on my vehicles for many years. I told him what it was doing and it was fixed the next day.
