The day we came to look at the truck Mark pointed us to the ones I was interested in and let us look uniterrupted until we found the one I wanted.Then he came back and showed us the features of that partic the ones I was interested in and let us look uniterrupted until we found the one I wanted.Then he came back and showed us the features of that particular one and let us take it on a test drive.when we came back we then started the negotiating.They offered me a reasonable price on my trade in and then researched and found a rebate offer for me and came up with a fair price on the new vehicle and we agreed to buy it.Mark also took the time to show how all the accessories worked on the truck,OnStar,satellite radio,integrated brake controller,DIC,etc...Overall it was a great experience.Never before had I had a salesman actually show how to use all the accessories on a vehicle every other vehicle I ever bought I had to figure it out on my own.While that may not seem like much it was a nice touch. For the first time in many years, I did not feel pressured into buying something.
