When I pulled on the lot, Mark came out to assist me in whatever way he could. He showed me all the Chevy Cruize's I was interested in and some other options, such as vehicles with good gas milage, which i whatever way he could. Mark checked pricing and my GM card earnings for specific vehicles, compared pricing for the LT2 and LTZ models, and found me $1,000 from the Chevrolet dealer manifest. He could answer all my questions and was very pleasant and attentive. Mark called me at my home the next morning as he tried to find the specific vehicle I wanted, which was not on their car lot. The next day my vehicle was physically at the lot and ready for my pick up. Mark explained the vehicle components and showed me how to work the phone, radio, remote start, and anything else I was not sure about. I was there no more than 1 1/2 hours before I drove away. Great service! Kudos to the Maintenance department also. They are always quick and pleasant to work with. More
