I was given a free il change when I leased my car. When I went t pay for my service, I was told that they did not have this in the computer and I would have to present a piece of paper. The first time we went to Kelsey was about a month ago. The gentleman we worked with was kind but did not listen to the parameters we at the time had to work with. He did not listen which was super frustra The gentleman we worked with was kind but did not listen to the parameters we at the time had to work with. He did not listen which was super frustrating, to say the least. He came across as condescending and things just felt unsettled. Fast forward three weeks and circumstances changed. I called back and asked to meet with a different individual, explained everything, and set up an appt. We are so thankful that we gave them a second chance. The second go around, Ken Nieman and Colin Mueller worked together to helped us the second time to Kelsey Chevrolet. They listened to the revised parameters, were straight to the point, and did everything to communicate clearly and effectively. They went out of there way to help us in several ways and we are most grateful. They made us feel welcomed, we’re not pushy, and I stood our needs. They treated us as family and an investment into our lives. This review was going to be 0/5 stars, but these two made things right and then some. We are so grateful! More

Put a bandaid over it Worse service dept ever. They find a way to just fix it enough till it's out of warranty then all of a sudden they seem to find the real problem. $ Worse service dept ever. I can without a doubt say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had despite what some reviews on here say. I knew what vehicle I wanted when I arrived. We walked right out to the truck and were met by a salesman. He went it got the keys and set us off on a test drive. We got back to the office discussed some numbers and less than an hour later we left with our new vehicle. The staff from top to bottom were pleasant to work with, the truck was cleaned and full of gas. They were not pushy at all and the salesman explained to me that they have a much different incentive program for selling cars. It take the pressure off of the salesman and the customer. If you are looking for a new or used Chevy I urge you not to go anywhere other than Kelsey! More
