I am a fussy customer, I take great care of my cars and have had all manner of shoddy treatment by other dealers nearby (not Volkswagen.) Since starting with Kelly nearly 10 years ago (and 4 cars) I have have had all manner of shoddy treatment by other dealers nearby (not Volkswagen.) Since starting with Kelly nearly 10 years ago (and 4 cars) I have only had great service experiences. The entire team takes the concerns of the customer and their car seriously - even if for a routine oil change. Communication is top shelf and the quality of the work as well. More
Very happy with service dept. I had a tire blowout on the Interstate near the dealer. He showed concern, promised a fix that afternoon, alerted me to a 4-for-3 new tire special, drove me to my destination in Interstate near the dealer. I made an appointment to have my car serviced on a Saturday at 10am. I left the dealership and said I would be back in 2 hours, the service writer said he’d call me. When I arrived back at noon my c Saturday at 10am. I left the dealership and said I would be back in 2 hours, the service writer said he’d call me. When I arrived back at noon my car had just started to be serviced. When I asked Ted the service writer he said they service the cars of people who are waiting. No consideration of my time. Ted was rude and told cashier to keep my 📄 my paperwork aside. So they don’t send me a survey. It should tell you that your car will be serviced faster if you wait. My time is just as important!!
