This place is a joke! Do not get your car serviced here I wouldn't recommend it at all. Just because I am a female doesn't mean I don't know how to work on my own car. You tell me I need a grand worth of coils and spark plugs. What a joke! I just replaced them myself. When I go to pick up my car you laugh and tell me good luck getting back home and how its misfiring really bad. It wasn't that way when I brought it to you. The worst fact is the mechanic who worked on my car and Rachel the lady who only wanted to charge me more money who worked in the service department watched me fix my coils and plugs in your freaking parking lot because you wanted me to pay to have you fixed them when there was nothing wrong with them. When you were confronted about it you had nothing to say. Then you tell me that there was so many codes on my car and when i asked for the list and what they were you didn't have it and the mechanic never wrote it down. But its okay I have my own code reader and when i plugged it in sure enough the only codes were on was because you xxxxed with my car so it would misfire like i wouldn't notice when i opened the hood and looked at the coils. The biggest xxxx bags I have ever dealt with. I will drive the distance to get my car serviced in Syracuse, NY. Learn from my experience because if they attempted to do this to me they could try to do it to you. More
Great service, as always. I took my 2011 Jetta S to the dealership for a recall. While fixing the recall, they also inspected my vehicle and noticed that I need my rear brake d I took my 2011 Jetta S to the dealership for a recall. While fixing the recall, they also inspected my vehicle and noticed that I need my rear brake drums replaced. They did say I needed them replaced soon, but they were not pushing me to do it there and then, which I am appreciative of since it is an expensive fix (over $800!). Although I haven't had the drums replaced yet, they did perform an alignment, and the driving is noticeably much better. I am always happy with the service. They do a fantastic job. More

Easy Racall Fix I had to bring my GTI in for a recall that would take 3-4 hours. I was worried because I had my 11 month old daughter with me and I knew she wouldn't I had to bring my GTI in for a recall that would take 3-4 hours. I was worried because I had my 11 month old daughter with me and I knew she wouldn't be able to hang out at a dealership that long. Dave was able to get me a loaner car so that I could take her home and wait with her there instead of the dealership which made my daughter and I much happier. Great experience! More
30,000 miles Daniel Reid was absolutely more than helpful. He knew exactly what needed to be done to my car and he went above and beyond helping me get it done. Best VW dealer service on the East Coast! Kelly VW has a fantastic service team! I have been religiously taking my 2007 VW Jetta Wolfsburg Edition in for service and the service advisor (Dan) Kelly VW has a fantastic service team! I have been religiously taking my 2007 VW Jetta Wolfsburg Edition in for service and the service advisor (Dan) always proactively spots potential problem areas and addresses them before they become severe. On this last trip he noticed that a rear suspension spring was broken and sent me a video of the service tech removing the broken piece so I could see the severity of the problem. If the piece had been left in there the potential of uneven tire wear, alignment problems and also the possibility of a tire blowout were factors to consider. I drive the car on many long hauls and could not afford to get stranded with car problems on a busy schedule. Thanks to Dan and his team, I feel that my VW is in good hands and is the most reliable car I have owned. The Kelly VW staff is knowledgeable and courteous as well. By the way, I am a die hard VW fan and have owned Volkswagen cars since 1973 including a classic 1962 VW Beetle. Kelly Volkswagen has provided the best service I have seen in the past 40 years, having lived in Germany and 6 different states in the USA! More
