While waiting, he came out to inform me that my rear wheel alignment was out, and explained the process, and the cost. The work was done on time, and I'm very happy with the experience. while there, I had a great talk with my sales guy, George Sousa. I'm a long time customer, and plan to buy another VW when my lease runs out next April. More

Not only did Dominic look into my issue, he returned my call promptly informing me that there was an extended warranty and he found two additional recalls. He suggested I come in early and have all three issues repaired. Following his suggestion, I dropped my (dirty & broken) car off with David Poirier (who was great) and returned to a clean, and repaired vehicle with no bill. Such a great experience! More
