Expensive Again you charged me $2.85 to fill my windshield washer that was already full. This was always free as part of the oil change. It's nice that you clean inside the car and wash it outside but that's not free either. Your shop rate is about $99 per hour times 2.2 hours charged plus parts and my car was at you shop at 07:50 and out at 09:22, that's 1 hour and 32 minutes so you must be using new math. I know you must have a great explanation of the changes. More
