Questionable Service Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that da Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can’t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says “an alignment not performed” right on report. Invoice says “customer requests” to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can’t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it. More
