Easy going I arrived this morning for an oil change. Granted I had an appointment at 9:30 am. However, I arrived a bit early and they immediately took my car fro I arrived this morning for an oil change. Granted I had an appointment at 9:30 am. However, I arrived a bit early and they immediately took my car from the bay to the back to be serviced. I forgot my tire pressure light had been on and forgot to inform Rachel about this. She came back after the oil change had been finished and asked permission if they work the tire pressure in order to get the dashboard light off. They quoted me an hour and I was out in 40 minutes. Needless to say, my experience the past two visits to Kelly Volkswagen has been delightful. More

Dave in service was great to work with, he was able to secure a loaner vehicle for me without an appt so I didn’t have to wait the two hours for my brakes. I’m new to VW and this dealership, I came from Audi. Very comfortable waiting room as well. Very happy new customer so far. More

30K check up I brought my 2015 Passat in for a oil change because the alert warning on the system indicated it was time. I came in around 7am on Monday 2/18/19 whi I brought my 2015 Passat in for a oil change because the alert warning on the system indicated it was time. I came in around 7am on Monday 2/18/19 which was a holiday and due to the snow we received the night prior, I had to wait until the service bay area was cleared. Dave came back and indicated that a wheel alignment and the rotation of my tires and brake line fluid change was required. I gave him the okay except for the wheel alignment. I got the car back at 9:30 but had to come back about 20 minutes later because I had no brake pressure in the system. I would have hoped they'd checked this before turning the vehicle over to me. Had this been an older customer they would have seen a large dead spot when braking which could have contributed to an accident with the current weather we received. I did call service immediately and they resolved it in about 20 minutes or so! Should checked system before turning over the keys. More

Worst customer satisfaction The dealer that exists just to make money , no help at all, bought 1 car from here and had 3 friends buy cars too. Currently dealing with my brand New The dealer that exists just to make money , no help at all, bought 1 car from here and had 3 friends buy cars too. Currently dealing with my brand New Atlas and I have a case open with VW of North America, the dealer refuses to even put the car which has warranty on the lift because they do not hear the noise or they believe what I am reporting is normal. The car has warranty and I am showing a problem that many other Atlas owners are experiencing and even commenting on every single Volkswagen post on social media and forums. Service manager should get more training on CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. More
