Courteous and professional Purchased a new vehicle last year which went well. Last visit was for my second oil change and 20k routine maintenance. Prices are reasonable, but tim Purchased a new vehicle last year which went well. Last visit was for my second oil change and 20k routine maintenance. Prices are reasonable, but time is valuable. Rated 4 🌟 because of the nearly 1.5 hour wait and oil finger prints on the hood and door (inside and outside). I'd like to see more attention to detail and respect for the paint. More

Multi Service Check And Front Suspension Once Again Kelly Volkswagen In Danvers Mass. Does It Again For Excellent Customer Service And Hospitality. I Brought My Car To The Service Department Once Again Kelly Volkswagen In Danvers Mass. Does It Again For Excellent Customer Service And Hospitality. I Brought My Car To The Service Department To Have A Noise Check In My Front-End And I Though It Was Brakes And Turn Out To My Left And Right Control Arms. They Told Me It Would Be About $1000.00 To Replace Them. But Since The Is Still Under Warranty It Would Cost Me $50.00 Dollars. I Did Not Have To Wait Because They Give Me A Loaner Car And The Vehicle Would Be Done By The End Of The Day. The Employees At Kelly Volkswagen Are GREAT !!!! And Know What They Doing. But Thank You Again From A Kelly Auto Group Client. More
