I return to the Danvers dealership time after for I am always treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The Service Manager, John Rappold is simply outstanding. He is highly knowledgeable in his field. He is able to provide the ultimate customer service. He not only greets you with a smile, he then poceeds to engage in conversation. It is quite evident that John always puts the customer first. John's years of experience is reflected by his ability to sit with the customer and clearly explain in detail any repairs that may be necessary to insure the safety of the vehicle. John's pleasant demeanor is certainly welcomed. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. John Rappold is without a doubt a valuable asset to your establishment. The Service Technicians are also well trained, especially one named Brendan. He appears to be an expert in his trade. He explained to me the repairs my vehicle needed and did so visually which made it very easy to understand. The car wash and the interior detailing was also an unexpected surprise! My husband and I were greeted right away, very pleasantly. We wanted to look around a bit before we asked to go for a test drive, which was not a problem. No pressure, which we liked. We did decide to go for the test drive, combining both highway and local routes. It went well. George explained how features worked. The vehicle is well made and we like the larger size, from previous Jetta models. I especially appreciated being treated as the principle owner, which I am. I had found other dealerships patronizing because I am a female. This was not the case at Kelly's, thankfully. We are looking forward to the dealership moving up by the North Shore Mall, as it will be more accessable there. More

I recently bought a new 2012 Jetta SportWagen from Steve Ashe, and I would highly recommend going to Steve if you're looking for a Volkswagen. From the moment of walking into Kelly VW through purchase, plate transfer, etc., Steve and the staff at Kelly VW have been highly professional. On the day I picked up my new car, Steve spent an hour reviewing my car with me,--from how to adjust the mirrors to how to use climate control system, the stereo, the windshield wipers, the seat controls. Additionally, he introduced me the General Manager, Norm Fontaine as well as the dealership's service support staff. When I returned a week later to pick-up the registration and get an inspection sticker, the dealership gave my car a complimentary car wash. This is the third car I've purchased from a dealership, the first from Kelly VW, and I have to say I am very impressed with the exceptional service I've received. More
