It is still on my to do list because people who do such an outstanding job deserve praise. I am 55 years old and have been driving since I turned 16 so have purchased a few cars in my day. Some have been new cars, others used. I must say my experience with Kelly Volkswagen was by far the best experience ever! Every aspect of the purchase of my Volkswagen was a favorable one. I was dealing with more than one Volkswagen dealership when recently looking for a car so I had comparisons I could make in the responses to inquiries before driving to the actual dealership, (Mark was great!) friendliness, professionalism, and sales pressure. By far Kelly Volkswagen came light years ahead of others. Not meaning any disrespect, but there are some car salespeople that "try to use fast talking." I found none of that here at Kelly Volkswagen. In fact when discussing the price with George and Gerry I found them to be courteous, treating me like an equal, not a person who knew nothing about what I wanted or what things cost. Danvers is quite a drive for me (coming from the South Shore) and due to traffic it took twice as long or more than my GPS said it would take, but because of my dealings with George Souza and Gerry, and others there at Kelly my husband (who is a VW man) will definitely find the extra miles well worth the trip for future car purchases. All and all, I would rate Kelly Volkswagen, the several employees I dealt with, especially my salesman, George Suoza on a scale from 1-10 a 25. Well Done Kelly Volkswagen - you have won yourselves yet another very satisfied customer and I will be back! More

Tom made buying my new car very easy. I got the price I wanted, they gave me what I was asking for trade in and the suv I had in mind was in stock just how I wanted it unlike other local dealers. I went to Kelly Volkswagen with the mentality of just for curiosity what deal I can get in the future to upgrade my previous car (Toyota). Little did I know that I would soon be amazed by such a great team of sales consultant, specially Steven Ashe. I got a great deal and didn't think twice to purchase my now brand new car. Service is excellent, Steven Ashe explained every detail from the simplest piece of my car, to every word of my contract. I give Kelly Volkswagen an A+ for teamwork and service! More

Had a GREAT car buying experience at Kelly Volkswagon! Tom Colpitts made buying my first car a very pleasant experience. He went above and beyond in helping me expedite the process- HE even drove to meet ME to have me sign paperwork, (now thats customer service...) as I live on the south shore and the dealership is on the north shore. Everything went very smoothly; Tom was always available to talk to me or get right back to me in a timely fashion or explain any questions I may have had. I absolutely love my 2011 Jetta! Great on gas and she rides like a beauty. Overall, great experience, the entire staff was very friendly and nice cars. More
Tom and Matt made the purchase process easy and transparent. I wanted a rare model (two door R in blue with sunroof) and so we had to wait for the factory to build and ship the car. Tom kept me updated every step of the way and respected my requests for times and methods of communication. One minor inconvenience was that he had no voice mail - when he was not available, I had to leave messages with the receptionist, which discouraged comprehensive information. I admit I'm not reciprocal here - I hate listening to voice mail myself, but find it useful to direct at others. During my final acceptance I found a minor defect - one of the trim panels in the rear bumper was not seated properly. The situation was handled very professionally. Even though it was past 7 on a Thursday, a technician came, tried to fix it on the spot, decided he had to use a lift, and returned the car within about 15 minutes. The franchise owner, Brian Kelly was there during my final inspection and was very friendly and open. He clearly made the other employees somewhat nervous, but the overall atmosphere was very relaxed and he seemed genuinely interested in my purchase. I don't think many owners take such a personal interest. Kudos to him. More
