Tom clearly went above and beyond with his willingness to help. He called us on his day off and stayed past his work hours to accommodate our schedule. Car delivery was on the same day as we closed the deal! Tom explained to me in details about how to use the car, even though it was not my first VW, from adjusting the seats to setting up the Phone/Bluetooth. He inspected the car and make sure no smudges were found (and I bought a white on cream car). I felt that he took care of my car just like his own :) Another great thing about Kelly VW is the FREE 60-day check-up and FREE first 3-4 maintenance services (including free car wash). I had the unfortunately need to have my car serviced in another dealearship in the South shore and the service didn’t even come close as to Kelly. Steve Warren was not my sales person, but greeted me each time I entered dealership in a friendly and professional manner. I visited a few other dealerships and got the “oh you're 25 so we won't make any money off you glare.” This was not the case at Kelly VW in Danvers. Everyone I interacted with was super nice. Sam had the patience of a saint on the test drive (it was also my first manual transmission) and Jerry made a deal that worked for all parties. I came to Kelly VW to purchase a GLI Autobahn w/ navigation, which is not an easy car to locate. I worked with Nick, who recently started within the last few weeks. He was very knowledgeable about the brand and the vehicles. The initial finding of this car at a nearby dealership did not pan out, and no other dealerships were willing to swap with Kelly VW in order to get me the car. Nick spent several days tracking down and calling dealerships all across the country trying to find an available car that met my criteria, and and eventually was able to find something close, but but not quite what I was looking for (no nav/push to start). In the end I ordered a 2013 model to get exactly what I was looking for, and which was a quick and painless process. The extra effort of tracking down a car and hounding several other dealerships trying to make a swap was much appreciated and far more than I expected. More
