I had the opportunity to work with Tom Colpitts and he immediately showed my a very different process. He listened and was consultative. He gave me options and ideas that were in-line with my goals and price range. He didn't try to "sell" me the car that day. Instead, he worked with me on my schedule to help me "buy" the car I wanted when I was ready. I worked with several New England VW dealers over the Internet in an effort to get the best price, and I found Kelly to be far and away the easiest to work with. I feel that I got a great deal for the car. When I got to the dealership, I worked with Jeff Tucker. Although Jeff was new at Kelly VW, he was knowledgeable about their products and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. As a first-time buyer, obtaining financing was relatively difficult, but Jeff patiently guided me through the process and answered my emails and phone calls promptly. Jeff was friendly and professional at all points during the process and I'm glad that I was able to work with him. When it came time to sign the financing paperwork, I worked with business manager Kendra Milan. She explained all of the additional options to me, but was not pushy or difficult when I stated that I didn't want any.
