My daughter, who lives in MA, was interested in leasing a car. My wife and I live in NJ, and we reached out to Jason via the internet just last Sunday, and told him that we would be most likely coming up to car. Jason gave me a timely quote, no small print, and followed up with me via email during the week to keep in touch. On Saturday morning, after driving 4 hours, i received an email from Jason asking if we were still planning on coming in. I told him that we would be in later that afternoon, and he replied that he would ensure that there would be an extra vehicle on the lot so we wouldn't have to wait to test drive. We arrived later that afternoon, and was surprised to see our name on the VIP customer board !!! Jason had stepped out, but we ended up working with Chris Listro, the salesman, who was great ! He followed up where Jason left off, took us for a test drive, showed us a price, which was the same one that Jason had provided me to me the previous weekend. Later, we sat with the business manager, Kendra, who was great and a straight-shooter ! I highly recommend this dealership, very courteous, honest, and professional, making the experience a very pleasant one ! More

The whole experience was great! Definitely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I put a request online to get information on the car I was looking at and Jason got back to me immediately and got buying experience I’ve ever had. When I went to buy there was some confusion on my end about the need to put down additional money. However when I voiced my concerns about the additional money Kendra and Jerry helped resolve the issue quickly and without any hassle (the complete opposite experience I’ve had at other dealerships where they go back and forth to the GM a hundred times). Chris was very helpful as well and even came in on his day off to try to get to the RMV. Unfortunately it was closed and I had to wait an extra day but the effort was there. The car is driving great as well so from start to finish the experience was terrific! Way better than my expectations! More

I was delighted to find that salesperson George Sousa was at Kelly Volkswagen in Danvers, MA. As someone that has purchase previous vehicles from him in the past at another dealership, I recently worked with at Kelly Volkswagen in Danvers, MA. As a longtime VW salesperson, George is very knowledgeable about the different models and options. Clearly, I also believe that I get a fair deal when I work with George. I also felt the same way at Kelly and was treated well by Jerry Loyack. I never had the feeling that “games” were being played. Both George and Jerry treated me in a straightforward, respectful and courteous manner. I would recommend Kelly Volkswagen, George and Jerry to anyone who is in the market for one of these wonderful, well-made—and fun to drive—cars! As I write this review, it’s been six weeks since I purchased my Volkswagen and the Kelly gang has stayed in touch with me to see if I had any questions about the features of my new car, if I was happy and they offered to arrange my complimentary first service.
