We were in the market for a new car about 10 months before we really wanted to be, and so we were torn between the car we really wanted to buy (a Jetta Sportwagen TDI) and a used van that would just ho before we really wanted to be, and so we were torn between the car we really wanted to buy (a Jetta Sportwagen TDI) and a used van that would just hold us over until next year. The sales crew at Kelly--and especially Steven Ashe--made the choice easy for us in the end. While it took a while to secure a car with the exact options and trim level that we wanted, they eventually snagged one at port (thanks George!). Steven Ashe is a superb and carfing salesperson. We felt welcomed and his approach which led us to buy was low key and friendly. Chris Listro did an excellent job of reviewing the features of the car with me at the time of purchase. Kendra Milan stayed late to complete our sales agreements on a Saturday night; which happened to be the Bruins season opener. Seeing in that she is such a huge fan we really appreciated her friendliness and level of professionalism with us, as she worked to make sure she covered everything that needed to be offered, discussed and signed off on. I had a great experience on President's Day weekend purchasing my new 2013 Passat SE and working with Steve Warren. Contrary to the dreaded pushy, hard-sell, "let me speak to my manager" twenty times d purchasing my new 2013 Passat SE and working with Steve Warren. Contrary to the dreaded pushy, hard-sell, "let me speak to my manager" twenty times during sales process, Steve was courteous, honest and an all-around pleasure to work with. He explained the benefits of VW without resorting to disparaging other vehicle makes which we were considering. Together we were able to hash out a deal both parties were happy with, without spending an eternity at the dealership. After the purchase, Steve walked me through every feature of my new vehicle, making sure I understood how everything functioned. He left me feeling like I could call on him down the road, if I might have a question or issue and that he'd be happy to assist. I would have no problem recommending Steve Warren and Kelly Volkswagen to anyone looking for a fun, affordable and reliable vehicle. More
