The thought of car shopping filled me with dread, I have not had a pleasurable experience in the past. I was fortunate to have walked into Kelly Volkswagen in Danvers Ma. early in my shopping and that is al not had a pleasurable experience in the past. I was fortunate to have walked into Kelly Volkswagen in Danvers Ma. early in my shopping and that is all there was to it. A salesman named Steve Warren approached me and asked if there was anything he could help me with, I was prepared for high pressure and said I was just looking and would let him know if I needed help with anything. To my great relief and surprise he said " that's fine if I can answer any questions I will be right here. I searched around the lot till I came back into the showroom and spotted a 2010 Tiguan with low mileage, just exactly what I was looking for. I approached Steve and he told me the background of the car, showed me the care it had gotten, (it really was impeccably maintained) we went for a test drive, he showed me many of the features of the car and I fell in love. We went back to his desk and he went all over the deal, making sure I was happy with it and then A short trip to the finance office and the deal was done. I would recommend Steve to anyone interested in buying a new or used Volkswagen, a surprisingly pleasant experience. I have had the car for a few days now, (love it) and Steve called this morning to make sure I was happy with it. I didn't expect that, the best car buying experience I have had in my 65 years. More

No waiting around, no pressure, easy test drives of four cars (he had the next car all up front, ready and waiting for us when we got back from each drive). Throw away all of those preconceived ideas of having to labor through the process of buying or leasing a car. We were so pleasantly surprised at how good we felt when we came out of Kelly VW!
