Mr. Ashe was very Helpful and informative without heavy sales tactics. No cheap deals or deceptive gimics. He is focused on listening to the customer and providing information. Horrible experience in the service department. No interest in customer care. Didn't make repairs requested. Eager to suggest other repairs not covered by warranty. What can I say...! Just your typical pushy, chatty cathy salesman....basically told me that I was wasting his time by not purchasing a vehicle that day. The way he was talking to me at one point, I was tryi salesman....basically told me that I was wasting his time by not purchasing a vehicle that day. The way he was talking to me at one point, I was trying to contain my anger and not tell him exactly what I really thought about him. I left with a very sour taste in my mouth. I think I was the only customer there that day so not like there was a line of customers waiting to be attended to.... People like me have questions and don't make big decisions like purchasing a vehicle on the spot! So glad I have since bought a car at a much better dealership with a much better warranty than VW has. More

Tom and other sale people were very friendly and help full. All my questions were answered. At no time was there Any pressure on me to sign the purchase and sales agreement.
