i saw a 2012 gti on cars.com and loved it. i got approved over the phone for the loan. I went down there on the following saturday. the kelly team had the car all set up for me to go on my first drive with t over the phone for the loan. Jason Eisnor is the online sales rep and was very nice and helpful over the phone. Chris Listro took over for the test drive and the sale. Kendra was the person who helped finish up all of the paper work that comes with buying a car. The following monday the car was delivered to maine (where i live) with a full tank of gas. Chris then helped me with the new paper work to get plates on the car. everyone i spoke to was very helpful. Later that day it turns out i messed up on some of the loan paper work and Kendra was very helpful in helping me figure out what the problem was and how to fix it. The problem was on my end on not on their end. I still love the new gti and have had zero issues with it. i tell everyone who asks where i found my new car and how nice it was to deal with a group of people who are not pushy and want to help answer questions. i would take the time to drive back down to mass when i or another friend needs a new car. I told him that I would bring my husband back on the weekend and he gave me his card and said he would be very happy to help us.
