I write this while sitting in my new Mini Cooper. I found this vehicle while looking around the Internet. I called and received a call back quickly. Brendan was extremely patient with me as I drove two cars in that visit, ultimately purchasing the vehicle that I had come to purchase. I appreciate the fact that I was able to purchase my Mini within the range that I was capable of spending and am enjoying the heck out of it. Our test drive was scheduled conveniently, and we got the information we needed, made a selection, and were able to put the car on hold while we checked other options. I had emailed Jose a few times regarding a Used 2011 Jetta that I was interested in. I live in Vermont and had planned to drive down to look at the car. We were looking for a car in the near future and decided to start by looking at the Volkswagen Beetle. We have owned one prior to this and were fairly happy. First, I hate dealing with the salesmen and second, I hate feeling pressured. These were the reasons I have been stalling to go looking. To my surprise, it was the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a car. From when I made the call, to entering the dealership, to the test drive and ultimately to buying the car. I had no intention of purchasing that day as I wanted to test drive another type of a car. Well, that did not work. I was treated royally, as if I were the only customer in the dealership that day. I worked with Tom Colpitts (who I cannot praise enough). Nothing that I asked was a problem and did so without a hassle or pressure. I feel that I was treated honestly and with respect. This was a new experience for me. I will not hesitate to pass on the name of the dealership (and already have told my friends) and especially how nice and easy Tom is to work with.
