Anthony is a very polite and knowledgeable salesman. He explained very well all the aspects of the purchase and was very patient and answered all our questions. Hazem Muhieddin was my sales rep and he was great. He took the time to explain all my options as I wasn't quite sure what trim line I wanted for my Passat. The above employees paid an initial part in helping me to purchase my 2013 Volkswagon Beetle. Begining with Jose the BDC Agent, Steve Ashe my sales person,Jerry Laylock my sales manager,Kendra Milan the Bus purchase my 2013 Volkswagon Beetle. Begining with Jose the BDC Agent, Steve Ashe my sales person,Jerry Laylock my sales manager,Kendra Milan the Business manager and George Souza sales person. Steve Ashe was exceptional in telling me all about the Beetle I bought. He went over every detail of the car and explained how to use each device. Jose was initial in helping find the Beetle that I wanted. Jerry the sales manager worked to make it possible for me to purchase the Beetle. Finally Kendra went above and beyond to help me get my car financed. I feel that each one of them was an intricate part of helping me to purchase my Beetle. I have bought three cars from Kelly and have always been satisfied with their service. I would and actually do recomend them when anyone I know is looking for a car. There sales people and personal are quality trained to help you. It is really a tribute to them that Kelly has such well informed employees. More

I was in a pinch for a new car. I knew exactly what I wanted, I found it online and I called to tell someone that I was going to come in and test drive the car. I was lucky enough to have a great salesm wanted, I found it online and I called to tell someone that I was going to come in and test drive the car. I was lucky enough to have a great salesman who was so very polite and friendly. He made my experience PAINLESS. I needed a car in legitimately two days before I left for New York to go back to school. He made everything possible. I got a great price, a BEAUTIFUL car and AMAZING service.
