With time being important, as we need to pick up our dog where she was being boarded, back in CT, we were concerned that we would not make it in time. Rain, traffic were also not on our side. We saw your dealership as we turned of the highway on rt 61 and wondered if we would find help. We asked one of your salesmen who was walking into the building, coffee in hand, he said, Yes, certainly, no problem, we can help." Your service rep was understanding, helpful, clear and kind. We waited less than an hour for tire to be plugged and were once again on our way. We want to thank your entire team for a wonderful experience, which alleviated all of our concerns and worry. Did I forget to mention, our car is a Honda, not a Toyota, Hyundai, or Scion. We will not forget FREEDOM and their kind, professional, humanistic, and understanding treatment. Worst Dealer EVER! This was the worst experience I ever had to deal with. I have been buying new cars for many years and walk out of this dealer with so much frustration This was the worst experience I ever had to deal with. I have been buying new cars for many years and walk out of this dealer with so much frustration. I visited the dealer and there is no receptionist, so you have to wait until one person actually acknowledges you. Thankfully Shane came out to see what I needed. I was introduced to Matt Kaucher. We looked at a new Highlander. We worked out numbers but needed to see the trade. The numbers didn't work even with looking at the trade so I left. A couple of days later I get an email from Matt stating the GM wants to deal and he is the boss and can make things happen. So I was in the area and stopped by to see the GM as Matt was not working that day. The GM came out and looked at me like deer in headlights. He connected me with Adam. Adam was great and was willing to make things work. We setup a time the next day to bring in my car and my dads. Oh by the way we dont have the car you want anymore but we can get one. So the next day I come in with my dads car since we were looking at trading in his with mine for the new Highlander. After waiting around comes out with ridiculous numbers. My dads car has 20k miles and looks brand new. They come back with less monies then he owes. Seriously! Keep in mind its 5 o'clock now plus since they don't have the car they didn't want to work anything out so we left. I never felt this way ever leaving a car dealer and trust me I know how sales work. More

I was assisted by Matt Kaucher, and he was knowledgeable and friendly; this was a bonus from the start, because I hadn't purchased a car in ten years. Originally, I was looking for a slightly used car, but Matt educated me on my leasing options. After a good conversation and a lot of amicable back-and-forth, we found that I could be in a new car that very day with a payment with which I felt completely comfortable. He accommodated me by keeping my totaled car at the dealership, deferring some paperwork so that I could get to an appointment I had, and answering a lot of questions for me even after the sale was made. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Freedom Toyota, because the Toyota Care program is great and my experience was quite positive. I'm so glad I listened to the radio and took the trip to Hamburg. More
