Doug is genuine, accountable, and non-pressure Doug Murphy acted on my best behalf as my car salesman. He made me feel so welcome and important and that was on Labor Day which is one of the Biggest Doug Murphy acted on my best behalf as my car salesman. He let me become used to the car console for a minute as the new car idled at the beginning of my test drive until I was ready. He allowed me some quiet moments during our test drive so I could absorb the car's features for myself. It was interesting that he anticipated some of my follow-up questions about car options and he checked and made sure I understood what the answer was. He asked if I had any questions. It was non-pressure even on such a busy Labor Day weekend. In the end, he took ownership and accountability over my entire sale and asked me to contact him with any question no matter how small after I bought my car. When a salesman became available he asked us if we would like to test drive a car. I explained what we were looking for and we proceeded to test drive. When we got back we were greeted by several of their staff and started to talk a deal. They gave us an offer, I countered and we struck a deal. Short and Simple! Not an all day affair. More
