The sales manager insulted us by trying to "steal" our trade-in by offering far less than the KBB wholesale price for a car that was garage-kept, was never smoked in, no scratches or dents, and mechanically well maintained, We accepted this deal mainly because we wanted another Camry and time was running out for 0% financing and we were comfortable working with Doug, Also, when the transmission in our last Camry failed while under warranty, we were not provided a loaner in a timely and hassle-free fashion. What could bring us back to this dealership in the future? Other dealerships are much farther away, 0% financing, satisfactory service with our 2016 Camry, and Doug Murphy. More

It is exactly what I wanted and more. I told my salesman Doug, what I was interested in, my budget, my warranty and safety concerns and he delivered. I am extremely happy that my maintenance is also included in my purchase for the next two years. If it weren't for Doug advising me on all the options available to me, I would have purchased a used car, paid more monthly, would be paying for maintenance and probably would have had to buy a warranty also costing me more. Fantastic service! My husband and I went in for a used car, just something to get us to work so we weren't expecting anything special. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a dealer named Doug. He offered us coffee since we showed up on a motorcycle in the middle of november. He sat us down in his little office and asked what we were here for. We told him our situtation, that we were there to trade in the motorcycle for a used car for winter. He immediately started naming a few cars from the lot that they have with four wheel drive, he knew his stuff. Pulling some up on his computer he showed us plenty of options in our price range. Doug was really nice and did not take forever with paperwork (like some dealerships). We were shown the vehicles and took test drives until we found the car we wanted. Doug even had a suggested car insurance company for us when we bought the car. It couldn't have been a simpler process to buy a car and Doug did a fantastic job at making it painless and quick. My husband and I got the car we wanted for a great price with nothing wrong with it! I recommend anyone who is even just looking to purchase a car to come to the Freedom Toyota in Hamburg! More
