I would recommend this deal as they are efficient and offer a wonderful assortment of new and used cars. I was researching a chevy equinox for a long time when I found my car at this dealer. I called the dealer to make sure the SUV I wanted was still there since I was traveling over two hours to test drive this vehicle and they assured me the vehicle was still available and that they would have a salesperson ready to take me for a test drive. When I got there Larry was ready to take me for a test drive as promised and I loved the car. We went into his office discussed pricing, and I was financed immediately through the dealers bank contacts. Larry had the car registered and insured on my auto policy before I left the dealership. Larry even had the car detailed and ready for me to drive it home that night! This was a wonderful car buying experience and Larry was a really honest salesperson who was a pleasure to work with. Larry was great! Not pushy at all. I went in with a price i wanted ( i only care about price, no bells and whistles).I told Larry exactly what i wanted and i got what i wanted. I hate the price haggling and i did not have to deal with that at all. I had done my research and he respected that. Great guy, great smile and we told some good stories back and forth. I would recommend Larry to everyone. I only hope that the service dept is just as easy to deal with. Larry, only one question? In shopping for a vehicle because of my new disability, some dealerships would not even talk to me and just said come back later when you are ready to buy. My husband and I went to the dealer today w/our 12 y.o., and 5 y.o. daughters-Had a H3...Awesome truck,hot, still LOVE it... but 72,000 miles, w/4 years left on it, upside down, and a hog on gas. The dealership was EXTREMELY busy due to a promotional offer, but we were waited on fairly quickly.Very organized-registered as you came in, and given a beeper, so that you were waited on "in order". NO PUSHY SALES GUYS in the lot! Larry was AWESOME to deal with. He took his time, explained EVERYTHING. All #'s up front, on paper...No "behind the scenes" xx. Larry had the patience of a saint, as I debated between 3 vehicles,and our kids c/o being hungry. Stayed THREE HRS passed close for us, w/a smile on his face. Managers and finance guys were friendly as well...and very sweet to our kids. (8 pm on a sat night, and the manager was offering to blow up balloons for our liitle girl.) These guys are a class act...honest, patient, friendly! Filled the tank for us before we drove off in our new Rav4 Limited! Could NOT have been more accomadating. Even if they would not have made us a deal-I would still have given them 5 stars...they're professionalism was top notch! I LOATHE buying cars...but this dealer made it as painless as possible!! I LOVE my Rav4! Heather and Eric were both very helpful and curtious throughout the process as well as the other staff and I would definitely recommend Freedom Toyota to anyone. We wanted to see if we could trade in our Toyota Camry which had a high interest rate due to past credit history. Kathy was able to get us into a new 2011 Toyota Camry with 0% interest and keep our month which had a high interest rate due to past credit history. Kathy was able to get us into a new 2011 Toyota Camry with 0% interest and keep our monthly payments at a reasonable amount. Both Kathy and the sales rep were able to have all the paperwork ready when we arrived. The service dept had our new car washed and tank full when we arrived. We received the highest possible trade in value for our used car. I would recommend Freedom Toyota in Hamburg PA to everyone I know. More
