My husband and I came to trade in our lease........we already loved our Toyota and wanted to get a new lease. It is always a stressful process but Doug Murphy made it a breeze. He answered all of our questions with ease. The rest of the staff was kind and friendly as well. The deal we got was within our budget and Doug really took care of all of the concerns we had. As far as returning to this dealership that is a BIG YES!!! We will continue to deal with Doug Murphy as well. I have never met a salesman that I felt so comfortable dealing with......he was funny and lighthearted and made a stressful process fun and easy. Sales staff was great, very friendly, and attentive to my needs. Was taken out on a test drive with Weston. Was considering two vehicles. Doug was instrumental in my decision to purchase a new Toyota Tundra Crew Cab. I had all intentions of purchasing a used Ford F150 but after talking with Doug and comparing the two I realized how much I Toyota Tundra Crew Cab. I worked with Rajneesha on Saturday when I was looking for a new car. For having only been there a month, she had quite an extensive knowledge of the cars Toyota sells. Rajneesha was the first person to a for a new car. For having only been there a month, she had quite an extensive knowledge of the cars Toyota sells. Rajneesha was the first person to approach us when we walked into the dealership. She was extremely friendly, outgoing and very accommodating. Unfortuantely, the price I was quoted for a 2014 Corolla LE plus was way out of my price range. The other car I looked at was the Hyundai Elantra which was quoted at a much more reasonable price. Toyota was willing to pick up the rest of my lease and take my current car off my hands, but unfortunately, the Hyundai dealership wasn't able to offer that same deal. Unfortunately for Rajneesha, I ended up going to another Hyundai dealership and without any problems, they picked up the last few months of my lease and took my current car off my hands. I'm sorry I was unable to make a deal with Rajneesha b/c she was excellent, but the other deal was too good to pass up. More
